This paper endeavors to unravel the intricacies of ionization processes in inorganic molecule. Employing a semi-empirical approach, we calculate the total ionization cross sections across the energy spectrum, ranging from threshold to 3500 eV. Through a systematic comparison with existing results, we enhance the semi-empirical formula, specifically tailoring it for the calculation of partial differential cross sections in inorganic molecule. The foundation of our semi-empirical model rests upon the Jain & Khare formalism, promising a comprehensive understanding of ionization phenomena.
