About This Special Issue
Interior space is made by people, used by people, and also acts on people. Interior design is to coordinate the rationality of the space that people adapt to within the limits of various conditions, so that it can change or optimize people's lives. Modern living environment and lifestyle are varied. Good interior design can guide and satisfy people's pursuit of a comfortable, healthy and personalized lifestyle, and make people's modern life full of sunshine and fun. Contemporary artificial intelligence and big data have greatly expanded the extension of traditional interior design, which makes the means and methods of interior design varied. This special issue intends to seek the direction of papers related to "interior design and modern life", including three important themes. First, under the background of modern social life, how interior design can create modern life and serves people. Secondly, how to use new design methods, such as artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, to create a more comfortable living environment and better living experience. Thirdly, discussion of relevant issues of the relationship among human, nature and interior design. The purpose of this special issue is to provide theoretical reference of contemporary design practice for interior designers and provide necessary guidance for modern people to build artistic life.
