About This Special Issue
This special issue is to analyze new techniques and strategies to evaluate, recycle and reuse waste, including the circular economy.
It is about giving a broad vision of these new techniques and strategies, which scientifically address construction and testing with recycling materials and physically characterize the properties of interest of these materials or composites that have been made. The application rules will also be analyzed in order to give a real vision possible to the application (usually industrial) aimed at recycled material. Finally, we will analyze the positive impact these new applications might have. In the case of energy or other valuations, we will analyze scientifically what are the characteristics that must be taken into account for this recovery and the impact it may have on the environment.
This special issue will give a scientific vision of the new techniques that are used to characterize the materials that result from the application of these new recycling strategies. The materials that once end their useful life may present difficulties to be reused or recycled may have a new application applying these new techniques that will be analyzed to the special number. This special issue will focus on these aspects, with emphasis on the final application, which should be analyzed from the technical-scientific point of view and analyze the positive impact of this research.
The description of the techniques used, the data obtained and the application analyzed must be specific and addressed from a scientific point of view and will be analyzed globally in the final conclusions.
