About This Special Issue
Malignant tumor problems is very difficult, because is unknown the nature of disease. Pathogenesis of tumors has two parts: tumor-association inflammation (TAI) and solid tumor, but what is it “solid tumor” –is not clear. TAI has peculiarities and differs from inflammation of non- tumor genesis. Some characteristics of malignant tumors belong to TAI. For example: resistance to many kind of therapy. So, monocytes can pump out drugs, as cancer cells, because it must works in an inflammation locus; many toxic substances have similar nature in tumor and in TAI and so on. TAI has also malignant characteristic features as tumor. The inhibition of TAI lead to inhibition of tumor growth. The major conception of tumor growth is the cells mutations. The investigations of TAI can lead to understanding the nature of solid tumor. The investigation of lymphocytes chromosomes aberration reveals the dependence of number of chromosomal aberration from transmembrane potential. Such investigations can lead to new comprehensive of tumor pathogenesis.
